Our School Uniform

 

At Hatfeild, we believe a uniform gives children a sense of belonging  and provides the school with a positive image and identity in the local community.

 

With the exception of our school house PE t-shirt and school jumper/cardigan,  all items can be purchased from generic clothing retailers.

 

Please note we regularly hold secondhand uniform sales throughout the year hosted by our Parent's Association.

 

The uniform consists of: (Reception - Year 6)

 

• Maroon sweatshirt or cardigan with Hatfeild logo (required)
• Pale blue polo-shirt or shirt (non-branded)
• Grey pinafore dress, skirt or trousers (non-branded)
• In the summer, a dress with a light blue and white check pattern or grey shorts may be worn. (non-branded)
• Plain black school shoes – not trainers, high heels or boots. (non-branded)
• Book Bag (Reception to Year 2) (branded)
• Rucksack (Year 3 to Year 6) 
• A plain coloured waterproof coat with logo – Available from Schoolwear Inc or own plain coloured waterproof coat (non-branded)

Woolly hat – Available from Schoolwear Inc

Cap – Available from Schoolwear Inc

 

Items available from high street shops include: Grey trousers, grey skirts or pinafore/summer dresses, pale blue polo shirt or shirt and black shoes

 

Jewellery must not be worn, with the exception of studs if your child’s ears are pierced. Sun hats can be worn at playtimes in the summer. Sunglasses are not allowed for safety reasons, unless required for medical reasons.

 

 

The kit for physical education consists of:

 

• A coloured House t-shirt with Hatfeild logo (required)
• Navy blue elasticated sports shorts (non-branded)
• Basic plain black trainers for games (non-branded)
• Navy blue sweatshirt with Hatfeild logo and plain blue jogging bottoms for games (Reception to Year 6)
• Navy blue logo tracksuit (Year 3 to Year 6) – (optional) Available from Schoolwear Inc

 

The following school items are available to purchase directly from the school:

Book bags, rucksacks and water bottles
